Project Details
This beautiful space is the result of a large building project that transformed the existing kitchen and dining spaces into a much larger kitchen area, opening through to a roomy lounge and dining room.
Coming in from the hallway, you enter into the middle of the kitchen so a large central island was a must to catch the eye straightaway and provide a central location for family and guests to sit and enjoy the view of the garden.
A large tall bank on either side of the kitchen provides ample storage and additional working areas to ensure that multiple people can use the kitchen without getting in each other’s way. Using a high gloss white keeps plenty of light in the kitchen, enabling the darker island to really stand out, which is reflected in the tall banks with a matching worktop and splashback.
