A Made-to-Measure Media Wall Design
This custom-made media wall was crafted using high-quality Callerton furniture to accommodate a large TV while keeping all cables and wiring neatly hidden. The design was kept minimal to avoid distraction, delivering a calm, refined feel perfect for a lounge setting.
Lounge Storage with a Furniture-Like Feel
To give the cabinetry a more relaxed, furniture-like presence, short legs were used in place of a plinth. This subtle design decision aligns with the client’s request for a softer aesthetic while still delivering the durability and finish expected from Callerton.
Open Shelving with Integrated LED Lighting
The open shelving section provides display space for selected decorative items, with LED strip lighting built into the upper shelves. These integrated lights add a warm ambient glow, enhancing the mood and bringing attention to the shelves’ contents.
Bespoke Neptune Shale Finish with Copper Accents
The unit was finished in a bespoke Neptune Shale colour, providing a rich and calming backdrop that works beautifully in the lounge.
Copper accents add subtle warmth and contrast, complementing both the paint colour and the lighting.
Hidden Cable Management and Practical Lounge Storage
A key part of the brief was to eliminate unsightly cabling.
With thoughtful design and smart integration within the Callerton cabinetry, all wiring to and from the TV is completely concealed.
Enclosed storage underneath ensures there’s ample room for miscellaneous items, keeping the space tidy and uncluttered.
