Job description

We’re looking for a Kitchen and Bedroom Sales Designer to join our award winning team, working in our showroom in Roundhay, Leeds.

You’ll be responsible for meeting and greeting our customers, conducting consultations and site measures, producing inspirational and accurate designs, demonstrating a proactive approach to selling; you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end client journey, with support from the rest of the team.

In return, we can offer a friendly, supportive and driven environment to work in, a competitive basic salary of £25,000 – £32,000 (depending upon experience) plus target-based commission and quarterly bonuses, with OTE of £60,000.

We offer 20 holiday days, rising to 25 days after 5 years with us, staff discount on all our products and access to a company vehicle for site visits.

Knowledge of Leicht, Hacker or Callerton kitchens would be a bonus but we will provide all training required to help you achieve your full potential within this position. The hours are 9am – 5pm Tuesday to Friday and 10am – 4pm on Saturdays.

Skills and attributes you need to be a successful Kitchen Sales Designer with us:

  • Be a team player.
  • A target driven, proactive approach.
  • Prioritisation and organisation skills.
  • Full UK Driving license.
  • At least 2 years kitchen design experience is essential for this position.
  • Previous experience using CAD design software (preferably Compusoft Winner).
  • Knowledge of Leicht, Hacker or Callerton kitchens would be a bonus.
